We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embedded Linux BSP (Board Support Package) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain BSPs for custom hardware platforms, enabling embedded systems to operate efficiently and reliably. You will collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate hardware peripherals, optimize system performance, and ensure a stable Linux environment for application development.

Key Responsibilities:

BSP Development:
- Develop, configure, and maintain Linux BSPs for custom embedded hardware platforms.
- Customize bootloaders (U-Boot, Barebox, etc.) and kernel configurations to support specific hardware.

Hardware Integration:
- Work closely with hardware engineers to understand schematics and datasheets.
- Develop and validate device drivers for peripherals such as GPIOs, I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, and more.

Kernel and User Space Development:
- Port and optimize Linux kernels for target platforms.
- Develop middleware and utilities for hardware abstraction and system functionality.

System Debugging and Optimization:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-software integration issues.
- Optimize system performance, power consumption, and boot times.

Documentation and Collaboration:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for BSPs, drivers, and development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware design, software application, and QA teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Embedded Linux BSP development, preferably for custom hardware.
- Hands-on experience with bootloader customization, Linux kernel programming, and device
drivers.
- Proficient in C/C++ programming and Linux development tools.
- Experience with build systems like Yocto, Buildroot, or OpenEmbedded.
- Strong understanding of hardware-software interfaces and debugging tools (e.g., JTAG,
oscilloscope, logic analyzers).
- Familiarity with ARM, x86, or other embedded processor architectures.
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) or bare-metal programming.
- Knowledge of secure boot, hardware cryptography, and secure firmware development.
- Exposure to wireless protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, BLE) and multimedia frameworks.
