Co-Investor & Strategic Partner (€30k - €50k Ticket) | Early-Stage Wealtech SaaS

About Wealtech / MarketVision:
Wealtech (MarketVision) is an AI-native tax optimization engine for European Wealth Management. We automate pre-trade fiscal simulations and multi-dossier Tax Alpha for financial advisors, solving the complex challenge of managing cross-border portfolios and optimizing net returns.

Current Traction & Market Focus:

Our initial go-to-market focus is strictly on Italy and Switzerland.

We are currently expanding the validation of our business model.

To date, we have already successfully secured initial LOIs (Letters of Intent) from international wealth professionals.

The Investment Opportunity:
We are currently in a pivotal and exciting phase. We are finalizing an agreement with an institutional accelerator that will inject €150k in exchange for a 10% equity stake.
To complete this round and accelerate our market entry, we are actively seeking a Co-Investor / Strategic Partner to join us with a capital injection of €30k to €50k alongside the institutional accelerator.

Who We Are Looking For:

An entrepreneur, angel investor, or wealth management professional who deeply understands the FinTech/WealthTech space.

Explicit willingness and financial capacity to invest between €30k and €50k in the current funding round.

A strategic partner who can bring operational expertise, industry network, or business development skills to help us scale our European presence.

What We Offer:

Equity participation in a promising early-stage FinTech startup with validated traction.

The opportunity to invest alongside a recognized institutional accelerator.

A ground-floor role in shaping a disruptive, AI-driven product for the B2B wealth management industry.

MarketVision helps European financial advisors and family offices recover 50-150 basis points of "tax alpha" per client annually. By replacing manual spreadsheets with an AI-driven platform built natively for European fiscal frameworks, we automate pre-trade fiscal simulations, multi-dossier loss optimization, and MiFID II compliance.
